Work-Life Integration Practices in Today’s Companies

Women have many roles to balance in today’s world; two of the most important are work and family. Companies that want to recruit and retain talented people know that they need to establish family-friendly practices in the workplace. The author explains how more and more employers, like AWIS Corporate Partner Genentech, are designing initiatives to boost work-life integration.
