Heather Metcalf PhD is the Director of Research and Analysis for the Association for Women in Science (AWIS) Accelerator and Project Lead for the STEM to Market project. She is joined by Tawni Koutchesfahani, an accomplished healthcare executive and board member of STEM to Market.
