“You are a diamond.”
What’s the most important leadership lesson you’ve learned?
Not everyone will like you, and sometimes it has nothing to do with you. It’s about them.
What do you consider to be your most important career achievement or milestone?
As an immunologist, I contributed to the success of the drug Dupixent®, and identified an unobvious opportunity in treating nasal polyposis. This accomplishment underscores my passion for understanding disease mechanisms and accelerating the path to bring new therapies to patients.
