How to Be Clear, Direct, and Respected at Work

About the Session

For many high-achieving women, shrinking at work is not something they consciously choose to do. It is a pattern that has been wired in over years—so deeply ingrained, it can be nearly invisible.

It is the brilliant idea you held back in a meeting because you were not sure it was “ready.”

The credit that went to someone else because you did not advocate loudly enough for your own work.

The feedback you softened so much it lost its meaning (if you gave it at all).

The leadership opportunity you did not pursue because you did not feel qualified enough, even though you were.

The “sorry to bother you” at the start of an email you had every right to send.

Sound familiar?

Many of these habits are often shaped over years by cultural messages about how women are expected to communicate, lead, and take up space in professional environments. Recognizing those patterns is the first step toward building a new way of communicating—one that is clear and kind, confident, and grounded in who you actually are.

Join Dante Rosh for this session and leave with:

  • A deepened understanding of how ingrained communication patterns show up in your work life and what they may quietly be costing you
  • A fresh perspective on assertiveness as a leadership asset, no matter your title or role
  • Practical scripts and strategies for communicating clearly and confidently without sacrificing empathy or authenticity

This isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about unlearning what was never yours to carry in the first place and finally showing up as the capable, confident professional you already are.

Dante Rosh is a career and leadership coach and the founder of She Knows She Can, where she helps ambitious women create sustainable success in their careers and lives.

After building her own career in leadership roles and earning a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Dante experienced firsthand how easily high-achieving professionals can become trapped in cycles of pressure, overwork, and perfectionism. That experience led her to pivot into coaching, where she now helps women grow into confident leaders and make intentional career decisions that align with the lives they want to build.

With more than five years of coaching experience and over 1,500 coaching sessions, Dante has supported professionals ranging from emerging leaders to senior executives. She works with women who are navigating leadership challenges, considering career pivots, or questioning what comes next in their professional lives. Her coaching blends practical leadership development with mindset work, helping clients strengthen skills such as communication, delegation, decision making, and navigating difficult workplace dynamics while also addressing the internal patterns that can hold high achievers back.

Through coaching and speaking engagements, Dante helps women set boundaries, build confidence, lead with clarity, and pursue careers that support both their ambition and their well-being.
