Ali Guarneros Luna is a Mexican aerospace engineer. Luna studied aerospace engineering at San Jose State University and then joined NASA’s Ames Research Center. While there, she contributed to the design and deployment of CubeSats—miniaturized satellites that expand access to space research. She has also worked on projects supporting space exploration, Earth observation, and national security applications. As a professor at San Jose State University, Luna is a dedicated mentor who encourages women and underrepresented students to pursue STEM careers.
